Refund Policy

After you send your brief, we write the concept and script and share them with you before any production starts. If it isn’t right and we can’t make it right, you get a full refund of the $250 you paid. Just tell us before you approve the script.

Approving the script starts production, and the 72-hour delivery window begins. From this point the kit is not refundable for a change of mind, because the work is being made for you.

• You still get 2 rounds of revisions to adjust text, timing, music, colors or images within the approved concept.
• If we don’t deliver the kit described on the offer page, you’re entitled to a refund for what wasn’t delivered.

For the Launch, Growth and Dominate packages and other custom work, your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before work begins. Once work has started, any refund is based on the work completed, as agreed in your project proposal.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in.
